My name is Prem Siri KK. I live in Umbria.
I love silence and Nature with all its elements. In silence, healing.
When I meet someone, I meet myself.
In everything I do and in the projects I support, I have a deep intent: to leave a world worth living in for the children of tomorrow and the generations that will come after me.
I am a Life and spirituality teacher, counselor, parentAbiliter, facilitator of evolutionary disciplines, specializing in psychosomatics and family systemics therapy.
I am a Kundalini Yoga (Lev.II) teacher, Business Yoga teacher and Sat Nam Rasayan healer. I am also passionate about applied tantric numerology.
I created the Oloyoga method by combining mindfulness, meditation and spontaneous body movement - SoulDance.
I am a Mindfulness and Psychosomatic Mindfulness and Practitioner of the Advanced Wellness Project - GAIA.
I bring meditation, mindfulness and yoga to schools and in organiziations.
I am the director of two studios "Il Sentiero Soleggiato" and "èntheos" in Città di Castello (Perugia).
I am co-creator of "parentAbility," a project to support family harmony and the development of parenting skills.
I am vice-president of the professional association "A.I.D.E." - Italian Association of Evolutionary Disciplines.
