We have been striving for more transparency, inclusion and horizontality in our way of working. We are continuously engaged in these changes at a local level, but we are also actively involved in different committees with our parent organisations, such as the Human Rights Committee.

3HO Europe is dedicated to actively addressing and combating all manifestations of abuse, both historical and current. We are actively commited to creating a safe and supportive environment through the support of specialized programs aligned with Kundalini Yoga principles . These programs are strategically designed to provide vital support to individuals navigating trauma, challenging life experiences, and those facing temporary or permanent physical challenges.
