3HO is a non-profit organisation dedicated to spreading the teachings of Kundalini Yoga for the benefit of physical, mental and spiritual health.

Our main goal is to inspire people to live a conscious life, unfold their full potential through the experience of Kundalini Yoga, its associated techniques and lifestyle.

References to Sikhism are part of the teachings for Yogi Bhajan was a Sikh and integrated many aspects of Sikhi in them.

Europe
3HO Europe is a sovereign entity whose vision and mission is inspired by the 3HO Europe board, its committees and its executive team.

For the past 40 years 3HO Europe’s first mission was to organize the European Yoga Festival in France. Since 2019 the scope of its purpose has expanded significantly.

Its role is to offer support to the many newcomers to Kundalini Yoga and the existing European community. Very active on the digital media network, 3HO Europe proposes a platform for the European yogis to intertwine, promote, exchange and share between each other.
Bridging the European communities and facilitate the exchange between trainers, teachers,
students and the National associations has become its number one priority.

What is 3HO? 3HO International is the mother organization which has been spreading its beam of light throughout the international Kundalini Yoga community for 50 years. Its website is the number one resource for information on Kundalini Yoga teachings and lifestyle.

Founded in 1969 ...

Founded in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan and a new born community of spiritual seekers, 3HO stands for Healthy Happy Holy Organization. In a desire to create a spiritual reality many young people in their twenties were inspired by this lifestyle, mixing yoga, spirituality and domesticity.

Organizations were created to uphold the growing community wanting to walk the talk. Businesses (Yogi Tea, Akal Security and others) Ashrams (Los Angeles, Amsterdam and others) Educational (Kundalini Research Institute, Sikh Dharma Educational International, Sikhnet), Religious (Sikh Dharma International). Since these early days 3HO has evolved to a worldwide community.

What bonds our members is the practice of Yoga . From Asia to the Americas, Africa and Europe we are more than 500 000 practitioners loving the teachings. With our cultural, social, spiritual and religious diversity we feel we are a part of the same family: a family of conscious human beings wanting to feel good , do good, be good.
