The CEO ‘s work
Our CEO,Siri Sant Kaur was chosen to create this position in may 2019. A member of our community since 1998, she has been able to contribute her experience and observations to the essential perspectives of our organisation. She is in charge of developing the vision of the board and the inspiration of the members of our sangat in many different dimensions.
Every two weeks, all CEOs of non-profit organisations meet and share updates from their organisations, providing an opportunity for everyone to be inspired, informed or take action together. For the past four years, the SSSC has been involved in a number of programmes on inclusion, restorative justice and cohesion, in recognition of the changes required by our governance structures. While each organisation is sovereign and remains its own decision-maker in the scope of its mission, it is also part of the SSSC and can benefit from the training offered and the working sessions in order to remain competent in the midst of societal changes in general and those of our community in particular.
