French Ambassador

Teacher, musician and apprentice trainer in France, I live in the Drôme, south of the Vercors plateau. I have been working for several years for the coordination and communication of the FFKY, the national association of Kundalini Yoga teachers. I helped organize the last edition of the Printemps du Yoga, the festival of the French-speaking community, in 2022.

- What is Seva Days for you? What will happen in France?
It is a day of reunion and gathering of the sangat in France, in different cities. This year, the project is just starting, so we will see what is possible to put in place by the end of 2022. Our wish is to create meeting points if possible with local charities to offer a moment to dei over the tools of Kundalini Yoga around a cup of tea.

- Your vision of 3HO Europe ?
3HO Europe is a network of national associations and local initiatives in Europe, also linked to the rest of the world associations (USA, Latin America, etc). It is also a major meeting place, on the occasion of the European Festival that it organizes every year in France.

- Why did you accept to be an Ambassador?
I want to work within this community of French-speaking practitioners, to spread and make accessible these teachings that carry me every day. I would also like to organize intensive meditation days in different cities in France, once or twice a year. See you in 2023!
