The role of 3HO Europe is to offer support to the many newcomers to Kundalini Yoga and to existing European parties. Our mission is to connect the European community and facilitate the exchange between teachers, trainers, students and national associations. 3HO Europe relies on the collective effort of the European sangat to be an interactive platform between the different countries so that it can represent you. Your teachings, your initiatives, your local community so that the European sangat can be One in its diversity.

3HO Europe has been the organiser of the biggest Yoga Festival in Europe for the last 40 years. We have now 2 generations of participants and even a young third one. Each year we come together for a week of yoga, meditation and music in a spirit of service where everyone is involved in the smooth running of the event.

Every year People from different countries, international teachers and a wonderful diversity of social, cultural and spiritual backgrounds come to the Festival. Through shared values such as service, goodwill and devotion we experience togetherness and feel One as a group consciousness.

This “family of heart and soul” connects throughout the year with different events run by our paneuropean teachers. Festivals Across Europe

It is our birthright to be healthy, happy and holy and the practice of Kundalini Yoga is a method of claiming this birthright.

When you raise your Kundalini and change your consciousness, every aspect of life is transformed. The teachings of the 3HO way of life are designed to help you through this transformation. In this way, you can live healthy, happy and holy; generous, happy and beautiful; as a whole, healed, empowered and a sovereign human being.

Donations

We frequently organise events with free donations. Some of the funds raised go to the humanitarian association Khalsa Aid or to the association Guru Ram das Project: both of them take care of vulnerable areas by living the values of Sikh dharma or the teachings of Kundalini Yoga.
3HO Europe's income comes mainly from the European Yoga Festival: the last three years have been particularly challenging for our finances. In order to support our actions and activities all donations are welcome.
