Day of Deep Meditation

On Day 2 of the online festival, we will host a day of deep meditation: a 24 hour jappa of Japji.
You can tune in at any time from 5:00AM CET on Saturday, 31 July to join in this deep meditation. We highly recommend joining in the chanting for 2.5 hrs at a time, for a deeply uplifting experience.
You could also keep the jappa playing in the background, to bring the vibration of this Shabd into your space.

On Day 2 of the online festival, we will host a day of deep meditation: a 24 hour jappa of Japji.

We have worked with teachers around the globe to bring you a deep reflection on Japji - this video series started on the 19 June, and will run until the day before the Festival.
If you want to learn more about Japji, and work on fine-tuning your pronunciation prior to this day of meditation,

Fulfil Teacher Training Requirements

For those on Teacher Training programmes looking to complete the 6 hour day of deep meditation criteria as part of their teacher training, you will be able to obtain a confirmation letter from the EYF that you have completed this requirement.
•
You will need to fill out the form below by 6 August.
