3HO Europe's role is to offer support to the many newcomers to Kundalini Yoga
and the existing European parties.
Our mission is to connect the European community
and facilitate the exchange between Teachers, Trainers, Students & National associations.
3HO Europe has been the organiser of the biggest Yoga Festival in Europe for the last 40 years.
We have now 2 generations of participants and even a young third one. Each year we come together for a week of yoga, meditation and music in a spirit of service where everyone is involved in the smooth running of the event.
3000 people from 30 different countries, 600 kids and Teenagers, 100 international teachers and a wonderful diversity of social,
cultural and spiritual backgrounds come to the Festival.
Through shared values such as service, goodwill and devotion we experience togetherness
and feel One as a group consciousness.
This “family of heart and soul” connects throughout the year with different events run by our paneuropean teachers.

Our Philosophy
It is our birthright to be healthy, happy and holy and the practice of Kundalini Yoga is a method of claiming this birthright.
When you raise your Kundalini and change your consciousness, every aspect of life is transformed. The teachings of the 3HO way of life are designed to help you through this transformation. In this way, you can live healthy, happy and holy; generous, happy and beautiful; as a whole, healed, empowered and a sovereign human being.
For many of us, Kundalini Yoga changed our life in the most positive way.
2020 Shift
As we have learnt in 2020 some of our members suffered from this lifestyle.
We acknowledge them and sincerely wish for their healing and recovering.
