There is no doubt that we are all very wise

The theme of 2019: “Be the Light!”

In 2019, as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of 3HO, the Healthy, Happy, Holy organisation, we return to these early teachings of Yogi Bhajan: Live light, travel light, spread the light, be the light. We will discover how this formula can bring us to be the light – in continuous remembrance and connection with our inner light, to let it shine forth and serve humanity.

“It is a principle in life to remember: travel light. You are traveling all the time; travel light. If you will travel heavy it’s very difficult. Live light, travel light, spread the light, be the light. Simple words can carry you through, be light, nothing you need. By worshipping the light and burning the candle and thinking is a symbol, it reminds you be the light as candle burn itself slowly and slowly through the darkness of the night to spread the light, so you should go all the way give yourself slowly and slowly and keep the torch of the truth and righteousness up and up, up and up, up and up, all the passage shall be cleared to you.

Why to learn from a man, why to learn from a Guru? Candle is a Guru. One night sit before it and see it going down and down, down and down but maintaining the light all the time to its very bottom. Can't you learn from this candle? In one dollar and fifty cents you can learn the whole thing.

Put the fire on the head of the candle and see it going down slowly and slowly but the fire it shall maintain to its last existence. That's all you have to learn. Constant behaviour on the path of righteousness giving your total self in the fire of purity you have to maintain the flame of light to the end of you. Karma will be done, giving will be complete, blessing will exist, awareness shall be thy gift, and that is the rightful right of every man. That is the satya in you, so sometime get over yourself, ride over yourself and apply the total mind into that truth so you can lead into the ocean of light. Pure light within you guide your way on...”
